Casa di Marita

Casa di Marita is an apartment furnished in a modern style, characterized by simple and linear furniture, in delicate colours. Natural light spreads inside the rooms thanks to the large windows and French windows which enjoy good sun exposure all year round. All internal spaces are well lit with LED light points, ensuring pleasant lighting from dusk to dawn. It has two bedrooms with respectively a double bed + a single bed and a double bed + terrace, for a total of 5 beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV and ceiling fan, for the warmer nights. The living room is equipped with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed which can accommodate two additional guests if necessary. From the living room you can access a second terrace. The kitchen is habitable, equipped with all accessories (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, table with 6 seats and crockery, pans and pots). The apartment has a bathroom equipped with all sanitary accessories and a shower as well as a washing machine. There is a small service closet. It does not have a "Bike Room" to store bikes, but we do not prohibit bringing them into the apartment. They can be placed on terraces.
